Numeric Solution of Second Order Boundary Value Problems Using Standard Collocation Method without Segmentation by Emenogu G.N. and Oruh B. (pages 199-204)
Abstract
In this paper, we used a collocation and interpolation technique together with chebychev polynomials as basis functions to obtain a system of linear equation . These systems of equations were solved to obtain a continuous numerical scheme that approximates a second order differential equation. A few problems were tested with the scheme and the result obtained shows that the scheme is in agreement with existing methods.
