Abstract  

Cadmium selenide/Zinc selenide (CdSe/ZnSe) superlattices have been successfully deposited on a glass substrate (Indium Tin oxide) by electrodeposition technique (ED) or electrochemical deposition technique (ECD). The absorbance was measured using M501 UV-visible spectrophotometer in the wavelength range of 300900nm. Observation show that the absorbance of CdSe/ZnSesuperlattice films is in the range of 0.07-0.18. Cadmium selenide/Zinc selenide (CdSe/ZnSe) thin films semiconductor were investigated at room temperature..
